WIll the neon Light still work?

i bought a world cup 2006 neon budweiser sign on ebay and when it came today, with no fragile sign on the box, a glass rod on the front was cracked and 1 on the back was smashed off. what i want to know is will it still work? and is there any danger with plugging it in?

Probably not. If by glass rod you mean the glass tubing that forms the words of the sign, then no. The tubing is filled with neon and other gases that make the sign glow. If the tube was cracked or broken the gases have escaped. You should be able to get the tubing repaired and the sign working again but I don't know how much it would cost. I'd contact the seller and let him/her know it arrived broken and see what they say. Certainly the sign should have been packed in such a way that it wouldn't break during shipment. It also depends on how it was shipped. UPS doesn't do fragile. They'll ship a box marked fragile but don't give it any special treatment. It's up to the shipper to see that the packing is appropriate for the contents. If the seller won't do anything, give the appropriate feedback. I'd also contact eBay and let them know what happened.

Can England Add to Their Six Nations Rugby Honours in 2010?

The Six Nations rugby tournament has been in force since Italy joined the competition in 2000, before which it was known as the Five Nations. Since becoming the Six Nations, England have won the competition three times; in 2000, 2001 and in 2003, when they won their last of 12 Grand Slams.

The Six Nations originally started out as the Home Nations Championship back 1883 and was won by England for the first two years, but they only managed one more outright win before the Championship became the Five Nations in 1910 with the inclusion of France. This original version of the Five Nations ended in 1932, during which time England became by far and away the dominant team, winning the Championship no fewer than eight times with six Grand Slams. It should be noted that it was not competed for during 1915-19 due to the Great War.

In 1932 the Championship reverted back to the Home Nations format and stayed that way until 1939, with England winning outright twice and sharing it twice. The Second World war ended proceedings until 1947, when the Tournament returned in its Five Nations format once again. It has stayed that way until Italy joined in 2000 making it the Six Nations.

During the period 1946 until 1999, England won nine times with five Grand Slams, but it was France who began to emerge as the dominant force overall, although they had give way to the mighty Welsh team of the 70s. England during that time failed to compete at the top and had a very long wait from 1963 until 1980 before lifting the Trophy once again. The 1980 team, led by the Bill Beaumont won the Grand Slam that year and many felt that they would remain the top team for many years to come. However, this did not happen and once again England were forced to wait another 11 years before grabbing their next Grand Slam Championship in 1991 under the tutelage of Geoff Cooke, who guided them to a second successive Grand Slam the following year.

Former Bath Coach, Jack Rowell took over the coaching mantel after Cooke left and he met with immediate success, winning the Grand Slam in his first season of 1995. Rowell followed that up with a Triple Crown success the following year, but left his post after a poor World cup campaign.

His departure meant the arrival of Sir Clive Woodward, who stayed at the helm until 2004, winning three Championships including the Grand Slam of 2003. Woodward of course also guided England to World Cup glory in Australia in 2003.

By this time the Tournament was established as the Six Nations but that Grand Slam success in 2003 was England's last Championship win, where they have had to watch France take over once again, winning in 2004, 2006 and 2007. Wales and Ireland have subsequently gone on to gain Grand Slam victories over the last two years.

In total, England hold the record of 12 Grand Slams since 1883, but in the Six Nations alone, they have won just the once, in three Championship wins. France have four wins, including two Grand Slams, while Wales have won twice with two Grand Slams and now Ireland have got themselves on the scoreboard with their 2009 Grand Slam success.

The 2010 Grand Slam promises to be one of the closest on record with any of the top five sides likely to win. France are favourites, followed closely behind by Wales and Ireland with England rated only 4th in the betting to win.

How healthy did I eat today? Please help.?

Okay so I was just wondering if I'm eating healthy. I'm a 14 year old girl, not trying to loose weight or anything.

Breakfast- Big fruit salad with all kinds of fruits, and 2 Kashi Go Lean Waffles with sugar free syrup.

Lunch- I didn't have enough time for lunch so I had 2 snacks throughout the day. Snack 1- An Orange and a lot of pretzel rods Snack 2- A big bag of grapes and a Special K Protein Bar
Dinner- A huge piece of chicken with homemade salsa and black beans.
Snack- 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Tropical Trail Mix

Too much? Any suggestions? Thanks!!
I'm 5'1 and about 85 lbs, I have a small frame.

Wow, very healthy! I'd highly reccomend that you try to make room for lunch, aswell as include snacks throughout the day anyways.

For breakfast thoe i'd add a cup of milk just to make it balanced and or you can add a tbsp of peanut butter to you're waffles instead of the syrup for protein and omega 3.

You're dinner sounds really yummy! Very high in protein and fiber by the looks of it!

Overall look's very healthy. Try pre-making a sandwhich (pb&j, lean meat deli sandwhich with cheese, hummus sandwhich, etc... ) for lunch.
Hope i'v helped, and best of luck!
