I have Shakespeare bamboo fly rod # 1362 9'. What line weight does it use?

What line weight should I use?

That model of rod comes in many line weights, it should say, and the first number closest to the # is the line rating, if the rod is not nine feet then i would say it was a 9wt rod, but without more info and pictures i cant be of more help, i have feeling it could be a 6wt so try a 6wt line with it. From what i can see that rod is the spring brook fly rod so as an estimate the line rating can be between 1wt to about 5wt
