Any websites to improve casting?

Does anyone know of any good websites or have any tips for improving distance and accurancy when casting. I use a spinning outfit with a 6'6" medium action rod and usually cast sidearm.

Nothing you can do on your computer will help. Just go fishing and concentrate on what you are doing. Don't limit your casting to side arm. Use every casting style you can think of, and always feel for the weight of your lure and it's momentum.
