it has low miles on the motor i think it would be a good buy, get it looked at by a trusted mechanic if you dont know much about cars, you could sell those parts for more then the 2200 he wants, also depends whether you want it as a daily driver or not. if not its a good buy, civics are nice cars with good mpg i think if you get it looked at its a good buy. good luck.
